Advayaa is a Sanskrit word that means non-duality.

At Advayaa Leadership Consulting, our dharana is Leadership Development. All our energies are concentrated on developing leaders through two major pathways – group facilitation and coaching.

Who we are

Two people with diverse backgrounds engaged in a conversation. Conversation so interesting and engaging that it went on for months. Focused and yet diverse; spanning from history of Capitalism to the modern-day Leadership Challenge, from Smith & Taylor to Simon Sinek, from Business Models to Leader’s mindset, from Psychology to Somatic and Spirituality.

Transformation

Transformation is a process of profound and deep change that arises from awareness and leads to renewal and sustainability. It is about exploring what is emerging, what is the true innate potential and tapping into that to allow complete emergence.

Transformation in leaders happens when there is greater alignment with their core essence.

Levels of Transformation

We believe that Leadership Transformation moves inside-out. As Chip Conley suggests, it starts with self and leads towards larger system and overall community through business. As a result there are three layers namely Self, Business and Community (internal & external).
Our research also indicates that leaders need to do some distinct activities to Obtain Leadership of people; having done that, they need to do something different to Maintain it; and having maintained it for a period, they need to perpetuate it to ensure perpetual succession for their businesses.
